Esther Foundation is aimed at providing women with access to vocational education. We do believe that a decent in demand trade job can ensure and secure women’s future.

Our top goal is to empower women in need to cope with tough and challenging situations.

We see employment as the surest and most reliable plan on the way to stability and economic independence.

Working in multiple spheres such as beauty industry, social care, customer service doesn’t require long-term trainings, but allows to quickly enter the labor market and earn a self-sufficient living.

All the participants of Esther Foundation programs get the opportunity to study in one of the available specialties. The offered training are subsidized: we grant up to 90% of its cost.

In addition, we provide women with comprehensive legal and strategic assistance regarding the labor law and employment process.
